Description

Ready-to-Use^TM Plus 100 bp DNA Ladder is composed of 8 bands which are 100 bp, 250 bp, 500 bp, 750 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp and 3000 bp. The 500 bp band (120 ng/µl) with two times concentration are distinguished easily from others.

Note

Ready-to-use^TM format is premixed with DNA loading buffer containing 6% glycerol, 0.01% bromophenol blue.

Overview

QC	Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 100 bp and 3000 bp are accurate in size and distinguishable. The 500 bp band is 2 times more intense than any other bands. Incubation of 5 μl of the DNA Marker in restriction enzyme buffer overnight at 37°C shows absence of visible degradation.
Volume	5 ul (or 1 ul/mm width of gel well).

Properties

Concentration	900 ng/5 ul in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH7.5), 1 mM EDTA. For ready-to-useTM format, 1X loading buffer has been added to the marker, and the marker is ready for loading to the gel.
Storage	Keep container tightly closed. Keep container in a cool, well-ventilated area. Once opened, store this product at 4°C and use sooner within one week to avoid contamination. The product can be stable for one year if stored at -20°C
