The GenScript PCR DNA Ladder is composed of seven bands of 100 bp, 300 bp, 500 bp, 700 bp, 1,000 bp, 1,500 bp, and 2,000 bp. The 500 bp, which is of band higher concentration, is easily distinguishable from the others. The GenScript PCR DNA Ladder is ideal for routine agarose gel electrophoresis of PCR products or any other DNA fragments sized between 100 bp and 2,000 bp.

Description

The GenScript PCR DNA Ladder is composed of seven bands of 100 bp, 300 bp, 500 bp, 700 bp, 1,000 bp, 1,500 bp, and 2,000 bp. The 500 bp, which is of band higher concentration, is easily distinguishable from the others. The GenScript PCR DNA Ladder is ideal for routine agarose gel electrophoresis of PCR products or any other DNA fragments sized between 100 bp and 2,000 bp.

    Overview
    QC Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 100 bp and 2 kb are accurate in size and readily distinguishable. The 500 bp band is always at least two times more intense than the brightest of the other bands.
    Volume 5 μl (or 1 μl/mm width of gel well) with 1 ul of 6X DNA loading buffer
