|Synonyms||Autocamtide2; AC-2; AC2|
|Description||The native peptide Autocamtide 2 (KKALRRQETVDAL) is a highly selective substrate for Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase (CaMK). The peptide Autocamtide 2 contains the sequence around the autophosphorylation site in the autoinhibitory domain of calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaM kinase II). The fluorescent and biotinylated peptides are used to design assays for CaMKs.|
|Solubility||Soluble in water. The contents of this vial have been accurately determined. Both the stopper and the vial have been siliconized. Do not attempt to weight out a smaller portion of the contents.|
|Anaspec Cat No||Lys-Lys-Ala-Leu-Arg-Arg-Gln-Glu-Thr-Val-Asp-Ala-Leu|
|Storage||Store at -20°C|
|Note||Highly selective substrate for CaM kinase used for Ca2+/Calmodulin-dependent Protein Kinase studies.|
