|Description||Leptin (22-56), a biological active fragment of Leptin, may have important physiological significance for the anorexia, hypogonadism, and anaemia commonly seen in HD patients. Leptin (22-56), at concentrations of 10(-7) and 10(-6) M, enhance the proliferative activity of both the normal myometrium and myoma cells in primary culture.|
|Solubility||Insoluble in water. Dissolve peptide with small amount of 60% Acetonitrile with 0.1% TFA solution - followed with water or desired buffer.|
