Product Description

CytoSinct gD Columns have been developed for gentle depletion of cells labeled with superparamagnetic CytoSinct Nanobeads. Due to the extremely small size of the CytoSinct Nanobeads, high strength magnetic field is required to retain the labeled cells. The CytoSinct gD Columns contain an optimized matrix to generate a strong magnetic field when placed in a permanent magnet, such as the CytoSinct Magnet.

Properties

Capacity	Up to 1×10⁸ magnetically labeled cells in 5×10⁸ total cells. Recommended minimal sample size for leukocytes: 106 labeled cells in 10⁷ total cells. Note: Column capacity may decrease when separating cells larger than lymphocytes.
Volume	Void volume: 1300 µL. Reservoir volume: 7 mL.
Flow Rate	For Isolation Buffer: 0.14 - 0.23 mL/min.
Storage	Store columns dry at 10 - 35 °C and protected from light.

Applications

CytoSinct gD Columns have been developed for the depletion of human and animal cells in combination with the CytoSinct Magnets and the CytoSinct Nanobeads. The CytoSinct gD Columns can also be used to separate other biological material such as plant cells, bacteria, viruses, protozoa, cell organelles etc.
CytoSinct gD Columns are recommended for depletion of cells with a low level of marker expression. They are also appropriate, if the purity of the unlabeled target cells is of highest priority, and the labeled, undesired cells express the marker at a normal to high level.
