How to Place Orders

GenScript offers several convenient ways to place orders, make payments, and save money. Please see the instructions below for more detail.
Registration: We recommend that you create a free account first. This will allow you to place orders online, view ordering history, track project status, access and data reports, and communicate with sales representatives. In addition, every online account generates EzCoupon™ Points, which can be redeemed for special offers.
Using the Shopping Cart: You can add any item to your shopping cart from any part of the GenScript website for easy access later.
Payment Options: We accept purchase orders (PO) and major credit cards (). A 7% New Jersey sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to New Jersey. Your credit card will be billed under "GenScript". ---Check Credit Reference Form--.
Shipping Policy: GenScript can ship packages by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We are pleased to provide international shipping. Check International Shipping Fees
Promotions: As you close your order, you will have the opportunity to enter a GenScript promotion code. In addition to our many special offers for first-time customers and special products and services, all GenScript registered accounts generate EzCoupon™ Points and VIP Coupons under regular use.
Information for Ordering: For faster service, please provide us with the following information:
- Valid purchase order number
- Name of the principal investigator
- Name and phone number of the end user
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Name and phone number of the purchasing agent
- The product's catalog number or description
- The desired number of products
