Bi-specific Antibody Fragments

Fragment formats are constructed by combining two different monoclonal antibody fragments (scFvs or Fab). These are more often smaller in size, which can facilitate tissue penetration and improve pharmacokinetic properties. They also tend to be relatively easy to engineer and produce.

Symmetric Bi-specific Antibody

Symmetry formats are designed with two identical antigen-binding domains and a single Fc region. This format allows for improved manufacturability and stability.
