pESC-URA

It is a yeast episomal plasmid designed for co-expression of two recombinant proteins in yeast (S. cerevisiae), driven by GAL1 and GAL10 promoters (induced by galactose). This vector contains a URA3 gene for selection in yeast and a Flag tag at MCS1 and a myc tag at MCS2 for recombinant protein detection and purification.
