Target Background

Durvalumab with trade name Imfinzi, is an FDA-approved anti-cancer drug. It is known as a checkpoint inhibitor drug, developed by Medimmune/AstraZeneca. Durvalumab is a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody. It blocks the interaction of programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) with the PD-1 (CD279).Anti-Durvalumab Antibody (7B6), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with Durvalumab.
