Eligibility: This sample program is exclusively for first-time GenScript mRNA customers who have not previously placed an mRNA order with us.

Geographic Availability: The sample program is open to US and EU, subject to local regulations, import/export controls, and GenScript’s ability to fulfill requests in certain regions.

Limitations: The offer is limited to one sample per customer, unless otherwise approved by GenScript.

No Guarantee of Availability or Turnaround: While GenScript aims to fulfill samples promptly, availability and turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary based on capacity and technical feasibility.

Right to Decline Requests: GenScript reserves the right to approve or decline any sample request at its sole discretion. GenScript reserves the right to change the terms of this program.
