Innovative Cyclization and Conjugation Strategies in Peptide Drug Discovery Leading
Abstract: Nature-derived cyclic peptides are increasingly recognized as powerful scaffolds for drug development. Their structural rigidity and large surface area enable precise binding to flat protein interfaces with exceptional potency. As the industry pivots toward Peptide-Drug Conjugates (PDCs), the demand for rapid, high-quality production of target-oriented peptide vehicles has never been higher. In this session, we showcase our refined technical framework designed to expedite the production of cyclic peptides featuring essential disulfide bridges. We improved synthesis process and versatile conjugation techniques that ensure the stability and efficacy of PDC candidates. By reducing delivery lead times without compromising structural integrity, our platform provides a robust foundation for the next era of targeted peptide-based drug.

Improved Cyclic Peptide Synthesis and Robust Conjugation Technics for PDCs
Abstract: Cyclic peptides are fascinating molecules abundantly found in nature and exploited as molecular format for drug development. Cyclic peptides have large interaction surface. That makes it has sufficient size and balanced conformational flexibility/rigidity for binding to flat protein-protein interfaces. That kind of binding usually has antibody-like affinity and specificity. Therefore, peptide‐drug conjugates (PDCs)—utilizes target‐oriented peptide moieties as a vehicle for cytotoxic payloads via conjugation with cleavable chemical agents, is building the key foundation of the new era of targeted peptide drugs. Research in this poster illustrated our latest technical improvement to fasten the delivery date of cyclic peptide with one disulfide bond and robust conjugation technics for PDC candidates.

Expanding Bioconjugation Chemistry for the Manufacturing of Antibody-Oligonucleotide Conjugates
Abstract: Antibody-Oligo Conjugates (AOCs) are macromolecules in which oligonucleotides are covalently linked to an antibody. Conjugation to an antibody enables AOCs to bind to specific targets with high precision, supporting applications such as sensitive detection and targeted delivery. For example, immune PCR is one of the earliest applications of AOCs, enabling the detection of analytes in the sub-pg/mL range and improving the sensitivity of conventional ELISA by 100-1000 fold. Recently, AOCs have been applied to the extra-hepatic delivery of nucleic acid drugs. Biotech companies such as Avidity, Dyne, and Denali have all leveraged similar strategies and achieved promising clinical outcomes. Notably, AOC1001, an antibody-siRNA conjugate, has become the first AOC drug candidate to enter Phase III clinical trials.
