AmMag™ Quatro Maxi 1400

The AmMag™ Quatro Maxi 1400 is an advanced, fully automated plasmid purification system engineered for the efficient production of large-scale, high-quality, transfection-grade plasmid DNA with minimal endotoxin levels. This integrated automation platform streamlines the entire maxi-scale plasmid preparation workflow—from bacterial cell pellet to purified plasmid DNA—delivering consistent, reproducible results with minimal hands-on time.

The AmMag™ Quatro Maxi 1400 system consists of the AmMag™ Quatro System Controller (D00018) and AmMag™ Quatro Automation Modules (D00019). Each Automation Module processes up to 6 samples per run, while a single System Controller can operate up to 4 independent modules simultaneously, enabling laboratories to scale throughput to 24 samples per run while maintaining workflow flexibility and operational efficiency.

Powered by advanced magnetic bead technology, the system combines pre-filled consumables with validated protocols to automate the entire maxi-plasmid purification workflow—from bacterial cell pellet to purified plasmid DNA.
