Abstract

Gasdermin-mediated pyroptosis represents a promising immunotherapeutic strategy, yet requires precise tumor-specific activation. Magnetic hyperthermia therapy (MHT) has the potential to induce pyroptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), while its efficacy is limited by suboptimal heating efficiency and tumor resistance.
