Abstract

Messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA)-based therapies, including conventional linear mRNA (linRNA), circular RNA (circRNA), and self-amplifying RNA (saRNA), are being developed not only for vaccination but also for protein replacement, gene editing, and regenerative medicine.
