Abstract

Background: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have shown limited efficacy in colorectal cancer (CRC), largely due to immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) including regulatory T cells (Tregs) and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs).
