GeneRIFs: Gene References Into Functions What's a GeneRIF?
Netrin-4 acted as an antiangiogenic factor in the cornea, with which the healthy cornea is enriched via its expression by corneal epithelial cells.
Title: Netrin-4 Mediates Corneal Hemangiogenesis but Not Lymphangiogenesis in the Mouse-Model of Suture-Induced Neovascularization.
Our results indicate a role for netrin-4 as an angiogenesis modulating factor in O2-dependent vascular homeostasis while being less important during normal retinal developmental angiogenesis or during inflammatory neovascularization.
Title: Lack of netrin-4 modulates pathologic neovascularization in the eye.
These results indicate that netrin-4 shed new light on its potential roles in treatmenting for angiogenic diseases that affect the ocular surface, as well as other tissues
Title: Therapeutic effects of topical netrin-4 inhibits corneal neovascularization in alkali-burn rats.
Vascular endothelial cells interact with bone in suppressing bone through netrin-4.
Title: Netrin-4 derived from murine vascular endothelial cells inhibits osteoclast differentiation in vitro and prevents bone loss in vivo.
Loss of Netrin-4 is associated with metastatic colorectal tumor progression.
Title: Netrin-4 overexpression suppresses primary and metastatic colorectal tumor progression.
The following Ntn4 gene cDNA ORF clone sequences were retrieved from the NCBI Reference Sequence Database (RefSeq). These sequences represent the protein coding region of the Ntn4 cDNA ORF which is encoded by the open reading frame (ORF) sequence. ORF sequences can be delivered in our standard vector, pcDNA3.1+/C-(K)DYK or the vector of your choice as an expression/transfection-ready ORF clone. Not the clone you want?
